| GULLY-HUNTER Definition: One who picks pieces of things from gutters. ________________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Has a purpose and considers activity a necessity. 2. Knows what is desirable or wanted from the gutter. 3. Operates only where he/she is allowed or permitted. 4. Able to resist keeping a thing that is useful and/or still with an identification, regarding its ownership. That is, can return any recovered 'lost and found' item to the appropriate or rightful place. 5. Achieves objective(s), especially if able to make use of the pieces of 'rubbish' collected from gutter. That is, gains from items picked up, whatever the quantities and no matter what these are. 6. Keeps personal hygiene on a high level. That is, washes hands and feet, and if affordable, takes a bath, afterward.
