Definition: An act of gloating (gazing exultingly, especially with a wicked or malicious joy).

1. Deemed purposeful and necessary by who gloats.

2. The victim or target will be the right 'offender'.

3. Scornful action or derisive act will be seen in full by who is disadvantaged.

4. Reaction arising therefrom, if any, is subdued.

5. No physicality accompanies long annoying stare.

6. Achieves objective(s), as hoped for - angers, hurts, upsets, frustrates, etc.

7. The fortunes of the victim cannot change later.

8. Duration that action lasts is deemed tolerable.
