i. The activity of doing regular exercises in order to make your muscles bigger and stronger.

ii. The development of the physique through exercise and diet.

1. Purposeful and necessary for builder.

2. Activity - workout and diet - is monitored appropriately, by a qualified professional or trainer.

3. No unplanned loss is suffered as a result of what is done or not done that is aimed at building muscle.

4. Continues and/or lasts for duration considered adequate.

5. (Reserved.) (No negative after-effect will arise from having bulging biceps, etc., though this may be unknown until much later.)

6. Serves purpose(s). That is, there will be a satisfaction with what will be seen after muscles would have grown bigger and stronger.
