The parent(s), especially birth mother, not under slavery at the time of birth. 2. Legalization or formalization of being born as a free citizen won't be required. 3. Could not have been a conjoined at the point of delivery. That is, not restricted in any way. 4. First moments of life would not have been with a person other than the birth mother. 5. Gets to be given a free name at the naming or Christening - not some slave name ! 6. Considered a free spirit or free man or woman of faith. That is, not inhibited in any way.
