| EXPROMISSION Definition: The intervention of a new debtor, substituted for the former one, who is consequently discharged by the creditor. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, for all the parties who are concerned with the reality. 2. Action was not volunteered. That is, former debtor asked formally for some 'bailout'. 3. New debtor will be solidly solvent - won't get a loan or borrow to meet new obligation. 4. Nothing by way of a payment, in kind, will be demanded by who is being benevolent. 5. Law or rules and regulations won't frown at arrangement, i.e. not illegal or immoral. 6. The kindhearted will fulfill obligation as and at when due; serves desired purpose(s). 7. No regret or complaint would be had or made, afterward. That is, helper assists happily. 8.
