| FACINOROUSNESS (1) Definitions: i. The condition of being atrociously wicked. ii. The quality of being facinorous (extreme or atrocious wickedness). ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Quality is thought purposeful and necessary, by the wicked. 2. The 'mean and devilish' will revel in bad action or activity. 3. If 'evil' is lawful, protested against by majority of the people. 4. Deemed to be clearly preposterous and vexatious; so, condemnable. 5. Perpetrator of cruelty will repeat same, if given another chance. 6. Apology or regret, from or by the wicked, is never expressed or had after (connect to #5). 7. (Reserved.) (No opportunity would have been provided for victim or sufferer to escape utmost vileness.) 8. Cruelty that is absolutely beyond measure will be gotten away with.
