| ERGATOCRACY Definition: Rule by the workers. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (connect to #2). 2. Powers obtained through lawful means. 3. Usually would have been fought for, not handed over to workers (connect to #7). 4. Active leaders won't be in employment. 5. Its policy/plan won't be workers-biased. 6. Survival won't be threatened by the management and/or unemployed (to emphasize). 7. Politicians are waiting, for next election. 8. Mandate or tenure would not be indefinite. 9. Productivity or mechanization won't decline or be disrupted as a direct consequence. That is, succession planning and technological advancement would take care of vacancies and lack of professionalism in industries that would have been created by workers becoming rulers.
