| FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS Definition: (informal) Two friends who have a sexual relationship without being emotionally involved. Typically two good friends who have casual sex without a monogamous relationship or any kind of commitment. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the persons involved. And gotten into of own individual volition. 2. Relationship has a history - on for some time - not that of first meeting or a one-night stand. 3. Nothing formalized as terms and conditions, rules and regulations guiding the great friendship. 4. Demand or offer, if and when made, will not be serious or likely to put pressure on a partner. 5. The so-called no-strings attached, casual sex, heavy petting, etc. will be safe and/or risk-free. 6. Friends won't be married to each other, or be betrothed/engaged, or even be ex of each other. 7. Nature of union will not be denied or exaggerated, especially if both are in other relationships. 8. Advantages got from friendship won't ever end. That is, things can remain same even after they go their separate ways, particularly if those benefits are still be available to be fully taken. 9.
