Monitoring, coordination, supervision, etc., as applicable, will be present and ongoing during the period. 4. Pace or rate of completion of tasks will be exactly as programmed or expected by each agent (to emphasize, connect to #5). 5. The cost or costs involved in separating the input sources will be bearable and affordable for the collective. 6.
