Purposeful and necessary, for who goes about. 2. Occurrence assumed as on "Doctor's orders". 3. With vital supporting aids at hand or in tow. 4. Activities, doings happen within safe location(s). 5. Exertion lasts for a reasonable period of time. 6. No relapse or recurrence experienced afterwards. 7. Act achieves objective(s) or serves purpose(s). 8. Not an activity that is against an extant law.
