| DISCOURTEOUSNESS Definition: The state or quality of being discourteous (wanting in courtesy: uncivil nature, exhibiting no courtesy: rude). ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Not really purposeful and necessary, unless in pursuit of some specific or specified goal. 2. Etiquette, protocols, order, norms, etc. are not appreciated by badly behaved person or party. 3. Pedigree, reputation, accomplishment, etc. of who is disrespected will count for nothing at the moment in time. 4. No readiness or willingness to accept correction and/or apologise for a misbehaviour or misstep. 5. Gives no damn about a sanction or punishment. That is, never expresses remorse or regret. 6. Who lacks courtesy or is uncivil won't discriminate - all and sundry can be the victims. 7. Considers nothing as a loss in situation - scornful and shameless while displaying negative attitude.
