Definition: A harsh settlement forced on the defeated or powerless.

1. Purposeful and necessary, even if only for the stronger party.

2. The oppressed was involved in the negotiation, albeit reluctantly.

3. Loss, etc. is suffered by only the vanquished, however little.

6. Not able to be legally backed, lawfully defended; unchallengeable.
