Delivered suitably; heard and understood by audience. 5. Rendered directly (truthfully) and no time-wasting (briefly). 6. Benefits especially some university authority (to emphasize). 7. Reasonable in situation to assume that outcome would have been same if accused pleaded or appeared in court. 8.
