Nothing expected/anticipated needing to be acted on. 2. No goal or target to achieve or meet requiring action. 3. No provocation, symptom, dare, etc., to force an act. 4. A rule or command has not be deliberately or inadvertently disobeyed resulting or leading to a situation occurring. 5. Nothing gained or lost, becoming the basis for (a positive) action or (some negative) reaction, by a gainer or the loser. 6.
