| SPEAKING (2) Definition: The act of one who speaks (utters words with the ordinary voice; talking; making a speech). ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. * This only on uttering of words. 1. Purposeful and necessary, especially for whoever is about to speak. 2. Foundation will be thoughts and conception. That is, there will be a consciousness (knowing) or an awareness (reasoning) before speaking. 3. Assured that listener(s) or hearer(s) is or are ready or attentive. 4. Words said or mentioned won't be supported by gesticulation. That is, understanding won't be achieved by studying body part movements. 5. Utterances will be audible; everything is heard loudly and clearly. 6. Action or activity will be completed, meaning that all intended to be said will be said, no matter how short or long the comments are. 7. Event can become a conversation or lead to a dialogue, i.e., some interjection may be allowed in the circumstance for exchange of ideas. 8. Efforts made to speak serves purpose(s) and achieves objective(s). 9.
