| SELF-MADE MAN Definition: A man who has materially succeeded in life by his own efforts and capacity without advantages of influential connections, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. (Reserved.) (Inherited zilch!) (To emphasize, see definition.) 2. Earnings won't include illicit funds (no ill-gotten gains). 3. Fulfilling all due legal obligations, i.e. paying tax, etc. 4. Success attained gradually or steadily (not grass to grace). 5. Keeps reserves and savings, i.e., planning for a rainy day. 6. Still 'working', investing well (decent standard of living). 7. Doesn't hide secret of success and is able to mentor others. 8. Would be prepared for unexpected bad turn (no grace to grass) 9. Lifestyle, and/or last Will and Testament, if any, reflects the premium or value placed by this person, on working hard and dignity of honest labour. 10.
