Who will be killed will be allowed/granted a reasonable last wish. 5. Method or means of killing adopted will be humane or benevolent. 6. On death, is buried like an ordinary mortal (Good riddance). 7. Couldn't transfer the reigns of power at death's throes. 8. The masses troop out in celebration of tyrant's passing. 9.
