Purposeful and necessary for the officials (No whimsicality). 2. Not in situation as a result of being selected or elected by fellow prisoners (No triumphalism). 3. Not a former/ex warder in some other prison (No esprit de corps). 4. Did not cause a lot of taxpayers' money to secure his or her conviction or didn't waste judge/jury's time (No litigiousness). 5. Won't take chance of privileges to leave prison (No risk-taking). 6. Not a prisoner who has been specifically decided by judgment not to enjoy some privileges (Not in solitary confinement). 7.
