Purposeful and necessary for who has quality. 2. Deed or doings can or had confirmed pedigree. 3. There will be capability of providing an assurance or guarantee. That is, transparently valid when on, i.e., it won't be conditional. 4. Consistency will be for as long as who or what has the quality is in existence and/or functioning - no 'off day' or excusable period. 5. Never announces or promotes himself or itself. 6. Can be opened or accessed for 'interrogation'. 7. Serves purpose(s), but only when it earns some positives and/or advantages for the holder of clearly trustworthy or worthy quality.
