Unfair or unjust treatment. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Sufferer or victim did nothing to deserved rough treatment. 2. Perpetrator(s) or oppressor(s) is/are the least expected to be mean. 3. Warning or caution wasn't given or had before a 'calamity'. 4. Disadvantage, loss, etc., arising therefrom, would be considerable. 5. Clearly evident, i.e., a pain or anguish can't be disguised. 6.
