Purpose and necessity arises from personal conviction. 2. What is worthy of praise has been done or passed a point of no return. 3. Freshness or newness, creativity or originality, will be highlight of what has quality. 4. Timing will be auspicious and deemed suitable - won't result in a distraction or lowering of efforts. 5. The thing will have a characteristic of liveness. That is, quality won't belong to the past or the future. 6. Won't be offered in perpetuity, meaning gets accolade or recognition only as long as the good and beneficial remain.
