Subject matter will have a specific purpose. 2. The necessity regarding issue not in doubt. 3. Origin or source won't be linked with the ordinary. That is, the rise and growth of event, thing, person, etc. cannot be connected with the so-called mundane, superficial, commoner, etc. 4. Not a routine or regular type of occurrence, object, being, etc. That is, will not be found or listed on a 'calender' (event), be cheap to acquire (thing), and cannot be a man in the street (person). 5. Clearly unique or special, if not the ultimate. 6. Must naturally engender an action or a reaction. 7. Not easy to fully understand or appreciate wonder. 8. End result or outcome will be record-breaking or trail-blazing, record-setting or ground-breaking, superlative or venerated, etc. 9.
