| USUFRUCTUARY Definition: Someone who enjoys the right of usufruct ((law) The right to use and enjoy the profits of another person's property, without diminishing, impairing or wasting the substance of it). ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Rightly earned the right, i.e. did not put owner(s) out of circulation to have access to property and subsequent profit. 2. Convinced that taking advantage of opportunity is purposeful and necessary, meaning some good is intended from chance available. 3. Has a property of his or her own, or is desirous of owning his or her own property in the not-too-distant future. 4. Does not extend the privilege (of the right) to another person, without securing a specific lawful authorization. 5. Not scheming or planning to convert another's property to his or own permanent possession afterwards (to emphasize, connect to #6). 6. Won't discuss the property with an unauthorized party. That is, no revealing pros and cons of assets to a prospective buyer. 7. Able, willing and ready to share the benefits (profit) with the owner of property (where appropriate and if possible). 8. Outcome of activities - use or usage, the profit, won't be the direct cause of an unplanned personal loss to gainer. 9.
