Definition: (usually - the Administration) The government of the day.

4. Has a program or an agenda, even if self-serving.

5. Recognized by, at least, some foreign government(s).

7. Aware that tenure, or rule, must, someday, come to an end.

8. Will have no fifth columnists amongst its henchmen, on the day.

9. Does not make the foundation weaker for "tomorrow's" government.

10. Some of the actors, will, in the future, participate again, in leading the country.
