ON-THE-JOB TRAINING

Definition: Learning while working.

2. Subject being taught is fully linked to the job.

3. Commences and concludes at best possible period.

4. The training (teaching) is conducted and supervised by a superior or better (qualified) person (professional).

5. No loss is suffered in the course of learning, while working. That is, entitlements are not affected therein.

6. Speed of assimilation satisfies the teacher.

7. No damage is caused by an 'experimentation'.

8. The acquired knowledge or skills are useful.
