| OCHLOCRAT Definition: Someone who advocates or participates in ochlocracy. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Thinks seriously or rethinks, without forethought, after doing act. 4. Hardly asks a reasonable question or listen patiently to an answer. 5. Only obeys a general 'order'; not the kingpin or leader of the mob. 6. Not sane enough to express regret or remorse or apology afterwards. 7. Never considers or remembers some likely consequences of 'madness'. 8.
