Purposeful and necessary for umpire and contestant(s). 2. The rules of the game, sport, or event are well known. 3. The umpire isn't a participant and/or a co-competitor. 4. Tools used are usual and output not likely to confuse. 5. Guy has no interest in or connection with contestants. 6. Activity being undertaken occurs on a real-time basis. 7. Conduct will be consistent (thorough) reliable (fair) dependable (correct) and balanced (true); unimpeachable. 8. Act is concluded and completed by who started officiating and serves purpose(s), as deserved by the players. 9.
