Genuine and concerted efforts were made to get things right. That is, not a deliberate crash, an engineered error, an orchestrated quarrel, etc. 2. There will be a sincere and open acknowledgment, some truthful and honest recognition or acceptance, of the fact that things have gone haywire. 3. Seriousness in the attempts to reduce or curtail the impact or effect of the negative, will be apparent in the manner of handling the outcome of slip. That is, there will be no self-deception or megalomania, playfulness or play-acting, etc. in the situation. 4. The loss of resources, or a waste of time and space, that will be suffered or occur will be impossible to recoup or correct or make up for. 5.
