| WORK EXPERIENCE (2) Definition: (British English) A period of time that a young person, especially a student, spends working in a company as a form of training. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Person is attentive all through duration. That is, worker or student trainee, etc. is diligent at work, throughout the whole time. In other words, would not be absent, without authorization during period. And will catch-up lost grounds, afterwards, where absence was with permission. 3. All relevant departments or areas of the company, etc. that are considered vital for sound training are worked in, during period. 4. Worker, student, etc. is constantly monitored and a report will be written and discussed with person after end of period. 5. Duration will be considered adequate for what will be done at workplace (= company) to be meaningful and/or beneficial, whether this period is thought as short or long. 6. What is learned and done at temporary workplace is not forgotten later, whether mistakes were made or not and even if damages or destruction was caused by person gathering experience, in the course of a training. 7.
