Person has a purpose and considers it a necessity. 2. Has appropriate authorization or approval, where required. 3. Cuts correctly and completely or as instructed, with whatever tools and however long as it takes. That is, achieves objective(s). 4. Will not disrupt, disturb or prevent person(s), with authorization, who will be planting new trees. 5. Suffers no injury, wound, etc. in the course of doing job.
