| WITNESS (1) Definition: A person who sees something happen and is able to describe it to other people. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Does not participate in the happening. 2. Does not take eyes off happening, not for a moment. 3. Vision is excellent - no tunnel vision, lazy eye, etc., etc. 4. Senses are in order. That is, person has an ability to recognize, appreciate and/or understand whatever is seen. 5. Recall ability is full - will remember and give the details of all that was seen; has a 'flashbulb' memory. 6.
