| WITHDRAWAL (4) Definition: The act of no longer taking part in something or being a member of an organization. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, for 'want out' person or party. 2. Voluntarily decided - even if a pressure contributed to decision. 3. Loss or losses that may arise from act will not be considered as too serious or damaging. And no real sanction is suffered as a result of act. 4. Act occurs timely, when goal(s) can still be achieved by who pulls out from participation or membership. 5. There will be no desire or wish to benefit from the end result of activities not fully participated in, or to rejoin organization. That is, there will be no regret or negative fallout from act. 6.
