| WILFULNESS (2) Definition: (disapproving) (of a bad or harmful action) The situation of doing something deliberately, although the person doing it knows that it is wrong. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the mischievous. 2. Warning, caution, pleading, notice, etc., if any, not to do wrong will not be heeded. 3. Some sort of satisfaction, if not benefit, will be expected, by the 'offender', as a result of wrongdoing. 4. Wrongdoer will ordinarily shield self from immediate danger or risk while doing or attempting wrong (to emphasize). 5. No attempt will be made to justify act or action, or to explain attitude or behaviour. 6. No remorse, penitence, shame, etc. will be displayed before an action and/or during the act or afterwards. 7.
