Purposeful and necessary, whether natural or man-made. 2. Features of quality are specific and identifiable. 3. Extent will be measurable and/or assessable. And this will usually be full. 4. Danger cannot be avoided or deflected; harm cannot be prevented or neglected; power cannot be curtailed or withdrawn. 5. Quality will be displayed at the most auspicious time, when it can have maximum effect - when it can be deeply felt or fully experienced. 6. Wicked nature will only be shown as a reaction or response, to a disturbance, tease, danger, etc. 7. Condition or quality remains for a permanent period or exists for as long as desired. 8.
