Purposeful and necessary, for 'noisemakers'. 2. Deliberately decided to be noisy, as a 'subdued' celebration will not be enjoyed or achieve intended goal(s). 3. Other persons are not inconvenienced, and no law is broken, by the noise made. That is, location or venue where event or happening takes place, will not be considered as inappropriate, for the people not connected with activity. ____________ WHOOP ! (See perfect JOL.) 4. No unplanned loss, disadvantage, etc. is suffered, by the celebrants as a result of noise level. That is, celebrations do not get disrupted, shortened, etc. as a result of the 'pitch' of unpleasant sound. 5. Celebration lasts for duration desired or planned for. 6.
