| WHISTLE-BLOWING Definition: The act of telling the authorities or the public that the organization you are working for is doing something immoral or illegal. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity for whistle-blower to squeal. 2. Who is 'holier-than-thou' did not contribute majorly to the wrong. 3. Disclosure or exposure will be made timely (to emphasize). 4. Proof or evidence can be provided or adduced to back claim. 5. Whistle-blower will have no expectation of, and will make no demand for, a reward or payment for 'loyalty'. 6. 'Loudmouth' will or should know the consequences of squealing, and be prepared for the fallout that may arise from action. 7. Organization or authorities, the public or to 'whom it may concern' will act positively on the information or secret provided. That is, action serves purpose(s) or achieves goal(s), particularly for who exposes organization. 8.
