The activities or motions of thing has no break, pause, rest, etc. 2. No predictability in the time or timing of the occurrence or happenings concerning thing. 3. Thing is assessable and/or measurable. That is, can be accessed to confirm its nature or features. 4. No unplanned loss arises from the nature of thing, no matter the nature of activity and however often it changes. That is, thing is not ordinarily unsafe, dangerous, etc. 5. Thing can remain or be sustained in condition for duration desired, be this briefly, very long or for eternity. 6.
