| WHINGE Definition: An annoying complaint. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Complaint has a basis, in the opinion of whinger. 2. A specific and identifiable issue is what is complained about. 3. Complaint is senseless, unreasonable, in the estimation of the person or party that is annoyed. 4. Something could have been done, by complainant, in the opinion of the person annoyed, to avoid situation that led to complaint. Or complaint can be coped with or the matter is considered unworthy of serious annoying tantrums, grumblings, etc. 5. Annoyance is openly, publicly expressed, by the listener(s) or hearer(s) or reader(s), etc., as applicable (to emphasize). 6. Complaint lasts for a duration considered as untenable. 7.
