| WHEREWITHAL Definition: (usually - the wherewithal) [ ~ (to do something) ] The money, things or skill that you need in order to be able to do something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (see definition). 2. The money (= currency, etc.), things (= object, etc.) and skill (= ability, etc.) are specific and identifiable (to emphasize). 3. Needed items are of the appropriate kind, style, model, type, form, etc., whether borrowed or owned, stolen or leased, etc., etc. 4. Quantity/quantities of needed material(s), that will be available, possessed or provided, will be complete and whole, as desired or required. 5. Availability or provisions of the items needed, for use or application, will be for duration desired - legally possessed, correct and complete. 6. No encumbrances of any kind will cause a delay, postponement, etc. whenever it is required to start using needed material(s). 7. Items needed are easily obtainable, accessible or reachable. 8. Material(s) is/are not considered as dangerous, risky, illegal, etc. to use, deal with, treat, etc. (Connect to #9.) 9.
