Should ordinarily have a head start in the race of life. 2. Would be guaranteed a better access to the basics of life. 3. Could exploit his or her full potentials to the maximum level. But this would be accomplished without needing to win a visa lottery. 4. Never happily relocates, permanently, to a region or country that is regarded or considered as less developed. (See perfect FIRST WORLD.) 5. Has no airs, displays no superiority complex, etc. especially if visiting a developing country or the third world. (See perfect UPS AND DOWNS.) 6.
