Condition is a specific and identifiable state or condition. 2. Situation is measurable and/or assessable. And is the maximum possible or attainable, at the particular point in time. There will be industriousness. 3. Guaranteed to be constant while it lasts or exists. That is, condition will not be unstable or inconsistent. In other words, general state will be dependable and/or reliable while the person or an animal is in it. There will be enthusiasm and energy. 4. Secured and safe, protected. That is, state is not threatened or challenged or toyed with (to emphasize). There will be curiosity, not lassitude and/or cynicism. 5. Situation is not dependent on a third party or on another authority/organization, etc. There will be compassion, from an independent point of view. 6.
