Provisions are exactly what is desired in quality and quantity. 4. Made available at the right time. 5. No unreasonable conditions are attached to benefiting from provisions. Or conditions, if any, can be fulfilled. 6. No unplanned loss arises for provider of help or beneficiaries. 7. Supplies and/or provisions are constant and reliable.
