| WAVERER Definition: A person who hesitates and is unable to make a decision or choice. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Person is not sure of goal(s) or desire(s), if at all he or she has anything close to an aspiration, hope or dream. (See perfect HESITATION (1).) 2. Not clear or certain about the issue(s), topic(s) or subject matter, no matter how detailed a report, briefing, etc. that he/she might be given. (See perfect UNCERTAINTY (1).)) 3. Has doubts and misgivings on the mind that is not made up, or from thoughts that are not concrete. (See perfect INDECISIVENESS.) 4. Person is not under any compulsion to decide quickly or timely. That is, no unplanned loss will result directly from a hesitation and an indecision. (See perfect INABILITY.) 5. Free and independent-minded. That is, person is not slow or hesitant as a result of the influence or pressure from or by another. And had all the time needed to decide. (See perfect WILLPOWER.) 6.
