| BLACK SHEEP Definition: A person who is different from the rest of their family or another group, and is considered bad or embarrassing. ______________________________________________________________________ * All three stages would be in. STAGE 1. ======= 1. Efforts were made to train/teach this person the right way to go, from infancy and adolescence and also in his or her teenage years. 2. Right examples were shown to this person. That is, guardian(s), parent(s), etc. were very well behaved (connect to #1 above). STAGE 2. ======= 1. Prospects for this person were seemingly bleak from earlier on. That is, person developed or grew up not being successful, getting onto the wrong side of the law, not being supported, etc. 2. No support or encouragement was given to this person, because he or she had been virtually given up on. (Connect to #1 [stage 1] & #1 [stage 2].) STAGE 3. ======= 1. Person makes or will make a turnaround, or a turnabout in behaviour and attitude. This may result from or be through self-examination or a miracle. 2.
