Purposeful and necessary for person on path. 2. Offence or sin was truly committed (to emphasize, connect to #3). 3. Intended prey/target is, without a doubt, the 'guilty' party. 4. No readiness to listen to an explanation or accept an excuse, apology, pleading, etc. 5. No possibility of a response or attack or opposition, if target is encountered or caught up with - and fought or punished. That is, no unplanned loss will be suffered as a result of the outcome of desire to fight or punish. 6. Angry person is permanently on the lookout, pursuing, inviting, searching, etc. for the offender. 7.
