Purposeful and necessary for the 'bloodthirsty'. 2. 'Fishing' for 'fight' will be in 'troubled waters'. That is, war scenario(s) will be painted to try to justify need to go to war. 3. No excuse, explanation, intervention, appeal, etc. to try to prevent mobilization for war will be listened to or heeded, by the warmonger(s). 4. Support, logistics, etc. for the proposed cause will be provided or made readily available. 5. Publicity, no, propaganda, will be mounted in preparation, to support threat, planning, a 'prior attack action', etc. 6. Deployment, militarization, mobilization, etc. takes place at the right time and in the appropriate location(s), without unplanned losses being suffered. 7. A confirmed readiness, to fight a battle, is ensured and/or given, in case the 'enemy' fires the first shot! 8.
