That is, will be involved in pillage, rape, criminality, etc., etc. 7. (Plans) where to run to hide, when justice comes searching or calling, as reasonable expectation will be of the possibility of being caught and prosecuted for war crimes, at some point in time, in the future, especially if, mission ends up unsuccessful. 8. (Never) truly dependable or reliable during deliberations, dialogue, negotiation, peace-broking meetings, etc., etc. 9. (Hardly) gets close to the war front or front line. (Certainly) certainly has a war chest, be this from legal or illegal sources, to prosecute 'campaign' and support self in case of the need to defend the charge or allegation of committing crimes against humanity, etc., in a war crimes tribunal!
