| WANTONNESS (1) Definition: The situation in which harm or damage is deliberately caused without acceptable reason. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Destroyer has a purpose, even if undisclosed. 2. Person or animal is seemingly normal in mind, nature, etc. 3. Harm or damage caused will be thorough and/or complete. That is, destruction will not stop halfway, once it is started. 4. An appeal, a request, pleading, etc., if any, that may be made to destroyer, will go unheeded. 5. No apology, remorse, penitence, etc. will be shown by who or what causes harm or damage. And no reason will be proffered. Or reason proffered, if any, will be most unreasonable, annoying. 6. A loss will arise from situation for the environment, ecosystem, society, etc. 7. Person or animal will not be at risk or danger as a result of destructive activities engaged in. 8.
