| VIOLATION (2) Definition: An act of disturbing or not respecting somebody's peace, privacy, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for violator. 2. Deliberately done. That is, there is an awareness that the other person needs personal space, freedom, etc. 3. Warning, pleading, etc., if made to violator, will not be heeded. 4. Loss will be suffered by whose peace, etc. is disturbed, etc. 5. Intruder escapes a punishment or sanction. That is, person disturbed is not in a position to deal with 'pest'. And no recourse can be made to the law or justice system in situation. 6. Lasts for a period considered tolerable. That is, no unforeseen untoward happening as a direct outcome of duration of disturbance. 7.
