Population is manageable and employment opportunities are available for the qualified. That is, facilities will not be overstretched as a result of the number of residents, visitors, etc. 6. Clean, neat, tidy and hygienic environment. 7. Small town is peaceful and at peace with its neighbouring villages, hamlets, towns, etc. 8. Can be developed. That is, place can grow and be made bigger and richer, if investments are located therein, as desired. 9. Livable ... and the activities engaged in by residents are not destructive or damaging to the environment or ecosystem. 10.
